The Digital Marketing Assistant will support the company’s online marketing, content creation and customer engagement activities. The successful applicant will help promote Gift-Tech Solutions’ products, services and training programmes across different digital platforms.
Key responsibilities
Create and publish content on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other digital platforms.Assist with the management and regular updating of company websites.Design basic social media graphics, flyers and promotional materials.Create short videos, captions and marketing content.Respond to customer enquiries received through social media, WhatsApp and email.Support online advertising and promotional campaigns.Take photographs and videos during company activities and events.Monitor social media engagement and prepare simple performance reports.Promote Gift-Tech Solutions’ services, software products and training programmes.Carry out other marketing-related duties assigned by management.
What we are looking for
A minimum of SHS, Diploma or equivalent qualification.Basic knowledge of social media marketing and content creation.Good written and verbal communication skills.Basic graphic design and video-editing skills will be an advantage.Ability to use Canva, CapCut or similar creative tools.Basic knowledge of website management will be an advantage.Must be creative, responsible and willing to learn.Must be able to work with limited supervision.Applicants living in or around Sunyani will have an advantage.
