As an E-learning Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in developing engaging and effective online learning materials for a variety of subjects and industries. Responsibilities:

1. Content Development:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to gather content and learning objectives.
• Create engaging and interactive e-learning modules, courses, videos, presentations, quizzes, and assessments.
• Develop clear and concise scripts, storyboards, and outlines for e-learning content.
• Incorporate multimedia elements such as images, audio, video, animations, and simulations to enhance learning.

1. Instructional Design:

• Apply instructional design principles to ensure content is well-structured, engaging, and aligned with learning goals.
• Design and sequence learning activities that promote active learning and knowledge retention.
• Develop assessment strategies that measure learner understanding and track progress.

1. Multimedia Production:

• Utilize e-learning authoring tools and multimedia software to create and edit content.
• Record and edit audio narration, voiceovers, and videos to accompany e-learning modules.
• Design and create graphics, animations, and visual aids to enhance content delivery.

• Review and proofread e-learning content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Conduct usability testing to identify and address any technical or user experience issues.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (4 years) in e-learning content creation and instructional design.
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc.).
• Strong multimedia skills, including video editing, audio production, graphic design, and animation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and SCORM standards.
• Portfolio showcasing previous e-learning content creation projects.
